PAINT! One of the great joys on our first trip into the Orphanage was to change that dull gray concrete into living color! The older boys couldn't resist helping change the look of their home. We set to work, and in a few short days had the whole facility painted inside and out. Green walls with burgundy trim for the outside, and salmon color for the inside. The children were thrilled to see their living quarters with fresh paint! James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. There is nothing like pouring out yourself for the sake of others!
